MALLARDS AAA HOCKEY

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Minnesota Mallards are part of the North American Hockey League (NAHL), one of the Top 6 junior hockey leagues in the world. We are located in Forest Lake and are excited to offer our 2026 youth AAA hockey program for motivated hockey players. Our teams will focus on player development and will be operated by the Minnesota Mallards staff.

 

Areas of Development

• Foundational, conceptual, and positional skills for all player positions
• High repetition drills to develop good unconscious habits for effective performance
• Constant movement and pace for optimal repetitions and endurance
• Game situations in practice to encourage creativity, self correction and competitiveness

 

 Program Details

• Boys Elite Levels 2011-2018 birth years & Boys Open Levels 2011-2018 birth years
• Girls Open Levels U10, U12, U14
• April, May, July, August
• Practices ran out of Forest Lake Sports Center and other Northeast Metro locations
• 25 hours of practice ice
• 4 tournaments ( 2 spring, 2 summer )
• Quality practices and instruction by MN Mallards Staff
• Parent Assessments, Player Assessments and Player Development Plans
• Live Streaming and Visual Feedback provided by SportsGravy
• $995 to $1,995 per player (Varies by birth year)
